Forward: Posting two characters on one account because the "logout" button is non-existent at the moment, and I can't logout to create another account to create this character with. I got official permission to do this. When the logout button works, I'll delete and repost this on a new account.

Housing/Income: Homeless, no job (steals).
SUPER INFO:
Skills: Manipulative mind.
Weapons: None.
Secret Hideouts: Pretty much anywhere that has a large amount of water.
Powers: Is made up of 99.99% “smart” water. Can release (freeze) and draw (melt) energy from atmospheric water at will as well as take on the form of any person who’s features he can remember well-enough (default are his own before he obtained this power). Can transfer his consciousness through water when submerged in it (pretty much means he can travel extremely fast through water, and even control water when submerged within it).
Weaknesses: While he can also “boil” himself and become gaseous, he’s not very much in control in this highly volatile state. There’s no real known way to kill him, but when boiled, it seems to take a very long time for him to be able to pull himself back together... perhaps if he was boiled and separated enough, for long enough, he might be permanently destroyed...

Hair Style/Colour: Blonde, short, refined (or clear, when in water/ice form).
Eye Colour: Baby blue (or clear, when in water/ice form).
Skin Tone: Caucasian (or clear, when in water/ice form).

Clothing Style: Doesn’t wear clothing (he always looks dressed when not in water/ice form, as he can take on the look of a clothed person at any point, and being 99.99% water, it can’t REALLY be said he’s ever “naked”).

Dislikes: People disobeying him, rivals, and his father’s company.
Dreams: Hard to say, it seems he’s just very pissed and wants to do as he wills, when he wills.
Paralysing Fears: being boiled and separated... it happened once... and experience he doesn’t want to repeat – it’s hard to explain what it’s like to anyone who hasn’t had it happen to them before.

“It’ll be smart water... imagine, it’s a hot day, and you want a glass of icy-cold water, but you don’t have any stored in your fridge and no ice to cool down anything with. What if you could take some water, and it cooled itself down without you having to do a thing?”

“Yes... it’s not a dream, but soon to be a reality! With some simple genomic informat...”
“You’re talking about LIVING water!?”
“Well, somewhat... but not exactly... see, the genetic information won’t be “intelligent”, as such, the only stimuli it’ll react to will be external temperature, and cool itself or heat itself accordingly, so you could have instant ice-water on hot days, or boiled water on those cold nights... without having to do a thing!”
“What about ethical implications, I won’t have my company subject to legal...”
“It’s all taken care of, sir, and we’re ready to go, we can start the test right now if you wish.”
“Ok, a test, but that’s all I’m approving for now... I’ve got too much invested to allow for any failures... nothing else until this runs PERFECTLY, you hear?”

A large batch of perfectly clear water sat untainted in a vat, around it, the old machinery sat still, unused for an extended period of time.
Near to the edge of the vat, the water began to rise slightly at the surface, first, what looked like a lump, then another, smaller one beside it. The first rose and features began to take form in the liquid, beginning to resemble a head and face, and the other, elongated, reaching to the edge of the vat, features that near-resembled a hand forming at the end...
SECRET IDENTITY:
He doesn’t really have one. Most who know what happened at the testing facility have a pretty good idea who he is. Others tend to find out eventually... he doesn’t hide it.
